What is osdosistan?

osdosistan gives your business one AI assistant for each job: one talks to your customers, one runs your marketing and ads, one prepares your reports. All three work from your own business knowledge and use natural, careful language.

  • Messaging assistant: It answers WhatsApp messages day and night, books appointments inside the conversation and sends the reminder itself. Anything it is unsure about is handed to you.
  • Marketing assistant: You build your Facebook and Instagram ad step by step in the panel, and it goes live once you approve it. Pausing, resuming, budget and end date changes all happen in one place, and your spending limit is never exceeded. The assistant watches the results, tells you what works and suggests the next step.
  • Reporting assistant: You run your business from Telegram in a sentence: a campaign, a reminder, a note. The daily digest arrives every evening, and the numbers you ask for come from your records.

Trust and compliance

Your customers’ data is your responsibility. We built the product so it can carry that responsibility.

  • Natural, careful language: The assistant talks to your customers in fluent, careful Turkish that fits your business, not in canned phrases. It never pretends to be a person and never hides that it is an AI.
  • Database in Türkiye: The primary database and storage are in Türkiye. Transfers abroad, required for reply generation and message delivery, are limited to minimal data and listed one by one in our Sub-processor List.
  • Separate data per business: Each business’s data is kept apart and the system enforces that on every request. One business’s customers, messages and knowledge base are never visible to another business’s assistant.
  • Retention and deletion: Message content is kept for 90 days by default and expired content is deleted automatically every day. When one of your customers asks for their data to be erased, a defined deletion flow carries it out.

Meta Tech Provider

osdosistan runs through a Tech Provider verified by Meta. Your WhatsApp Business connection is set up on Meta’s official infrastructure.
